Thank you for supporting my small business in 2022! I appreciate your patronage and look forward to creating more artisan handcrafted soaps for your enjoyment in the coming year.
We'll be at the farmers market, located at 600 Allegheny River BLVD, Oakmont, PA on Saturday, July 16, 2022. The market runs from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Visit us at the Bellevue Farmers Market, held each Wednesday from 3p.m. - 7p.m. from June 1 through October 26!
Thanks to all who organized, sponsored and/or spent their time volunteering at this event! It was a great kickoff to the holiday season and we enjoyed being a part of the evening. And a special thanks to all who stopped by and bought some Iron Alley soaps.
Visit us at the Bellevue Farmers Market! We're back at Bayne Park and the Market runs every Wednesday from 4-7 PM, June through October.
Visit us at the Bellevue Farmers Market or pre-order and pay online for pick-up at our market booth, beginning July 15th.
First and foremost, we hope you are staying safe and healthy amid the COVID-19 crisis, which is changing how we live and work in ways we would not have thought possible a few weeks ago.
Online store continues to be available
Although we may not be participating in many markets or street festivals this year, you can always order and pay for your soaps online! We now offer free contactless delivery in Pittsburgh's Bellevue and Avalon neighborhoods and curbside pick-up. Free shipping on all orders over $35 nationally.
Knotweed soap coming soon!
We are currently sold out of knotweed soap, which is a seasonal product. However, the knotweed sprouts are up and we will be wildharvesting fresh sprouts and roots this weekend. Processing the roots takes some time, and as stated in earlier posts, we let our soaps cure for at least 6 weeks prior to selling them. That said, you can expect to see knotweed soap around mid-July.
We're looking forward the upcoming market season and will be at the Bellevue Farmers Market every Wednesday, beginning June 3, 2020. Hope to see you there!
Happy New Year!
Supplies are low after a great farmers market and holiday season in Bellevue, PA, but check back soon for restocked soaps! We are making soaps for the coming year, but we like to allow our soaps to cure for at least six weeks before selling them. This cure time creates a harder, longer lasting bar that also lathers better.
